Warranty Policy

 

    • BEFORE USING YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF WARRANTY.
    • BY USING ENERGIZER PRODUCT YOU  AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ENERGIZER LIMITED WARRANTY.
    • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). Other than as permitted by law, ENERGIZER  does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your country, province or state.
    • Other distributors, suppliers, or resellers may provide their own warranties to you. If you don’t purchase from ENERGIZER directly, please contact them for further information. 
    • All ENERGIZER products purchased on energizerpps.com come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below.
    • We provide a limited warranty for purchases on energizer.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.

     

    Warranty Timeline

    For all products, Energizer offers 12 months warranty.

     

    Exclusions and Limitations

    This warranty does not apply:

    • Non-quality related issues;
    • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers;
    • Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
    • Items that have been refunded;
    • Items that have expired their warranty period;
    • Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
    • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
    • Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
    • Productshave been lost or stolen after being delivered;
    • Free give away products.

     

    Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

    • Energizer does not provide a global warranty with respect to products, and warranty service can only be obtained at a designated Energizer repair center.
    • To repair the product in a Energizer repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact Energizer Support.)
    • Cross-regional replacing service is not available for different versions of the same product.
    • The customer will require to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred due to cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty repair service or pre-paid repair service provided.

     

    Valid Purchase Proof

    • Order number of purchases made through energizerpps.com;
    • Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

     

     

     

     Refund & Return Policy

     

    Energizer PPS offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Undamaged products may be returned for a refund within 15 days of the date of delivered. Once the returned item arrives back in EnergizerPPS’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

    • Returns must include all accessories
    • Items must include original packaging
    • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and restocking fee. A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.
    • For non-quality related warranty claims, Energizer PPS refunds the cost of the product itself
    • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

     

    Not Covered Under Warranty:

    • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
    • Lost or stolen products
    • Items that have expired their warranty period
    • Non quality-related issues (after 15 days of delivery)
    • Free products
    • Repairs through 3rd parties
    • Damage from outside sources
    • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
    • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

     

     

    Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If conditions are not met, Energizer PPS reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.


    Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.

       

       

      Returns(if applicable):

      • To start a return, you can contact us at support@energizerpps.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
      • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from the online store. (NB:  Excluding 3rd party retail)
      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the product restocking handling fee. A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.

       

      Refunds (if applicable):

      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

       

      Exchanges (if applicable):

      • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@energizerpps.com.
